Using Liquid Dispatch, Inc. costs you nothing! Our services are absolutely free to the shipper/consignee/customer. All broker fees are paid by the tank truck carrier.
From the shipper’s perspective, we look like a tank truck carrier, but at backhaul rates. You call us with a move, we give you a rate. You tender us the load, we make it happen.
We handle the entire interface with the carrier, setting up and monitoring the pickup and delivery of the load, and we keep you, the shipper, apprised of the progress. You don’t need numbers of terminals, tank washes, or dispatchers.
Should a problem arise, that’s when it really pays to know our experience and contacts are working 24-7 to resolve the issue quickly and safely. If there is a problem, even after hours, you can reach us.
